Requirements for Lodging a Successful Australian Skilled Visa Application

Receiving an invitation for residence allows the Australian Government to assess whether you qualify for permanent residence. Our role is to prepare your skilled visa application in a way that ensures you meet the technical requirements and achieve the necessary points under the Skilled Migration System. In addition, you must also satisfy the health and character standards.

These visas fall under points-tested categories designed for skilled professionals. Securing permanent residence is a two-stage process: first, we lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) on your behalf; once an invitation is issued, we then prepare and submit your full residence application. As our client, you won’t need to deal directly with immigration officials—we will act as your representative and handle all communication with the authorities on your behalf.
