When applying for skilled migration to Australia from outside the country, the three main visa pathways are the Independent, Nominated, and Regional Provisional visa categories.
Independent Visa – This permanent residence visa does not require sponsorship, but you must receive an invitation before applying.
Nominated Visa – To qualify, you need to be nominated by an Australian State or Territory Government and then be invited to submit your application. This visa grants permanent residence.
Regional Provisional Visa – This temporary visa, valid for 5 years, requires either sponsorship from an eligible relative living in a designated regional area or a nomination from a State or Territory Government, along with an invitation to apply. After living in Australia for 3 years, holders can apply for permanent residence. Importantly, you are not tied to the same employer for those 3 years.
Emigrate2Australia is dedicated to making your move to a new life in Australia as fast and trouble-free as possible.
